Ruffle Skirt
Love Phillip Lim but don’t have the cash. So I found a cheap shirt at Ross that had similar ruffles. I cut off the neck and sleeves and added an elastic band to get this super girly skirt. Cost me $15. Later, I saw a skirt just like mine at the mall for $30!
