Merry Belated Christmas
I worked Christmas and the day after, but my family celebrated Christmas Eve so I can join in the fun. Tons of food, sweets, and gifts.

Classic Flan
My mom would always make boxed-style flan for us growing up. This is mine made with loads of eggs, sugar, and half-and-half. It’s her favorite and mine too.

My First Attempt At A Bento
Not that cute but I’m excited to eat it. Turkey sandwhich with sprouts, carrot sticks, roasted potatoes, wheat crackers, boiled egg with paprika, cheese wheel, spam musubi, strawberries.

Happy Halloween
Happy Halloween! I haven’t carved a pumpkin in a long while, here is my cousin and our jack o’ lantern. Roasting and eating pumpkin seeds was fun too. Tastes like popcorn.

Honey Corn Muffins
Before the corn muffins are done, glaze them with honey and pop them back in the oven to brown. Awesome sweet treat.

Felt Tissue Case
Idea from Martha Stewart, though scalloping the edges with scissors was a bad idea. Either the scalloped scissors were not sharp enough or I needed stiffer felt. Oh well, bring on the H1N1 flu.
